Job summary

Guidance Residential is seeking a driven Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team in Indiana. You will guide families through the homebuying or refinancing process, convert leads into funded contracts, and manage an active pipeline through outreach and referrals.

This role offers uncapped commissions, training including NMLS prep, and company equipment. In-person work is required in Fishers/Carmel/Indianapolis, IN, with bilingual English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate product or service features and benefits to customers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, delivering a transparent experience.
• Convert leads into funded contracts and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage an active pipeline through follow-up, inbound leads, and referrals.
• Engage with community organizations and hold outreach events to promote Sharia-Compliant financing.
• Build relationships with referral partners and ensure completeness of loan documentation.
