General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a SharePoint Online (SPO) & Power Platform Solutions Specialist to serve as the functional voice across classified cloud environments for the DISA DEOS PMO.

You will work with M365 Engineering, Automation, and Operations to deliver SPO and Power Platform solutions and dashboards for leadership. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI-eligible posture with DoD Secret clearance, hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 4 years may substitute.
Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
10+ years of related experience.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong working knowledge of modern SharePoint Online and user groups usage.
Ability to elicit requirements and apply analytical problem‑solving.
Comfortable communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly.
General understanding of Teams, OneDrive, and M365 administration concepts.
Superior customer service skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Sharp eye for catching issues in new features before users.

Responsabilités

Gather requirements, evaluate change requests, and build solutions using SharePoint features, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for management.
Provide expert guidance and escalation support to Tier 3 operations on SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
Track Microsoft roadmap, test features in classified environments, document defects with evidence, escalate as needed.
Assess how features affect users and the tenant; recommend communications, training, and support.
Partner with customer SMEs and stakeholders across experience levels; adapt approaches for restricted environments.
Support solutions across multiple tenants and enclaves; note configuration differences.
