Job summary

Strategic Ventures Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to work onsite at Ft. Meade, MD.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining SharePoint sites, automating workflows with Power Platform, and building data dashboards using Power BI for cyber operations teams. The ideal candidate will have TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly within 5 years and hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform; DoD compliance knowledge is required.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required (current Poly within 5 years).
Hands-on SharePoint experience (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019).
Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience integrating SharePoint with other Office 365 tools and services.
Understanding of information architecture, site/page design, and permission models.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.
Customize SharePoint using Power Platform to automate workflows.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI for MARFORCYBER.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
Provide day-to-day support for SharePoint issues, user permissions, and site administration.
Ensure solutions are secure, compliant with DoD and MARFORCYBER IT policies.
Document configurations, workflows, and procedures for future maintenance.
