Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in IT or software development.
• Proven experience building SharePoint Online solutions and Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to gather user requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Security+ certification or equivalent security credentials as required for federal IT position.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and custom apps.
• Develop Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Gather requirements from users and stakeholders to improve solutions.
• Troubleshoot existing apps, workflows, and code.
• Review SOPs and documentation to identify process improvements.
• Support migrations, permissions, and content organization in SharePoint.
• Coordinate with other developers and IT teams in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and explain solutions to stakeholders.
