Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a SharePoint Analyst Lead to optimize and govern the SharePoint Online environment within the DOD365‑J tenant. You will bridge business users, mission partners, and technical teams, leading functional analysis, workflows, and modernization efforts across Power Platform tools.

The role requires 5+ years in SharePoint, DoD settings preferred, US citizenship, and a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline.
US Citizenship is required and a current DoD Secret clearance is required.
5+ years of SharePoint functional analysis, administration, or solution delivery (at least 2 years in SharePoint Online or DOD365‑J).
Experience supporting end-users and mission partners with SharePoint configuration, Power Platform tools, and workflow development.
DoD environments experience preferred.
Proficiency in designing and maintaining SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and site templates.

Responsibilities

Analyze user and mission partner requirements for functional SharePoint needs.
Translate requirements into functional site designs, workflows, and lists/libraries.
Support migration to modern SPO tools (SPFx, Power Platform).
Lead Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint and Dynamics CRM services.
Maintain SLAs and governance documentation.
Lead adoption of secure, modern collaboration features.
