General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a SharePoint Online (SPO) & Power Platform Solutions Specialist to support the DISA DEOS PMO. You will act as the functional voice for SharePoint Online across classified cloud environments, collaborating with M365 Engineering, Automation, and Operations teams.

You will gather requirements, build dashboards, and test new Microsoft features before users encounter them, ensuring smooth rollout and user adoption in IL6 environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years can substitute for degree.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• DoW 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate experience.
• Strong SharePoint knowledge and user group understanding.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements and evaluate change requests for SPO/Power Platform.
• Build or advise on solutions using native SharePoint features, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for management.
• Provide expert guidance and escalation support to Tier 3 on SharePoint Online and Power Platform issues.
• Test new features in classified environments and document defects with evidence.
• Assess feature impacts on users and tenants; plan communications and training.
• Collaborate with customer SMEs and stakeholders across levels; adapt approaches for restricted environments.
• Support solutions across multiple tenants and enclaves managed by the team.
