General Dynamics IT is seeking a SharePoint Online & Power Platform Solutions Specialist to support DISA DEOS PMO. You will serve as the functional voice for SharePoint Online across classified cloud environments and collaborate with M365 Engineering, Automation, and Operations teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and a strong understanding of SharePoint Online in IL6 environments.

Formación

Active Secret clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 4 years of additional experience may substitute for degree.
DoW 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) is required.
10+ years of related experience in IT/infrastructure or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online and M365 concepts.
Ability to elicit requirements and apply analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Gather requirements, evaluate change requests, and build solutions using native SharePoint features, Power Apps, Power Automate, and practical workarounds.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for management use.
Provide expert guidance and escalation support to Tier 3 operations on SharePoint Online and Power Platform issues.
Track Microsoft roadmap and test features arriving in classified environments; document defects and coordinate with Operations.
Assess feature impacts on users and the tenant; plan communications, training, and support for rollout.
Collaborate with customer SMEs across experience levels and offer alternatives suited to restricted environments.
