Job summary

SCDMV seeks a qualified SharePoint Online Administrator to plan, design, administer, modernize, and optimize SharePoint Online sites, flows, and configuration. The role blends technical capability with business goals to deliver enhanced customer service and efficient processes.

The contractor will collaborate across teams to automate processes, ensure secure, accessible systems, and champion SharePoint Online capabilities while expanding usage and functionality for the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with front-end design, UI/UX, and accessibility best practices.
Experience creating and maintaining workflow and Power Automate configurations.
Knowledge of Entra ID, permissions, and governance policies.
Ability to design, administer, and optimize SharePoint Online sites and configurations.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, and maintain the functionality of SharePoint Online sites, subsites, and links.
Configure and manage security groups, advanced settings, and permissions in SharePoint Online.
Audit site and content permissions and coordinate with site owners to improve functionality.
Develop intranet solutions with custom layouts, workflows, and automation.
Create architecture diagrams and technology navigation maps for SharePoint Online.
