Job summary
Chandra Technologies, Inc is seeking a SharePoint Online Administrator to design, administer, modernize, and optimize SCDMV’s SharePoint Online sites, flows, and configurations, aligning technical capabilities with agency goals.
The role reports to the Server Team Manager and involves front-end support, governance, and building user-friendly interfaces using MS 365 tools, Power Automate, SPFx, and Entra ID to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure.
- 5+ years with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and integrating Microsoft 365 apps.
- 5+ years front-end design, UI/UX experience.
- 5+ years implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and runbooks.
- 5+ years creating/workflow configurations with Power Automate.
Responsibilities
- Design, administer, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, subsites, and links.
- Manage security groups, permissions, and Entra ID configurations.
- Conduct site and content permission audits.
- Collaborate with owners to enhance departmental SharePoint sites.
- Develop workflows and automation for business processes.
- Provide end-user support and governance for the SharePoint environment.
- Create architecture diagrams and documentation of configurations.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap changes.
