Job summary

Innosoft seeks a qualified SharePoint Online Administrator to plan, design, administer, modernize, and optimize SharePoint Online sites, flows, and configurations from Blythewood, SC. The role focuses on aligning technical capabilities with business goals to support efficient processes and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SharePoint Online, SPFx, UI/UX, and Power Automate, with strong documentation and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience providing development support for SharePoint Online.
5+ years of SPFx for customizing Microsoft 365 apps.
5+ years of front-end UI/UX design.
5+ years implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and changes.
5+ years of creating and maintaining workflows with Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online documentation.

Responsibilities

Report to the Server Team Manager and work within the Server Team.
Collaborate with Server Team members, Business Unit Directors, Managers, and staff.
Provide front-end SharePoint Online support to all end users.
Collaborate with business units to improve functionality, governance, permissions, and efficiency.
Design and develop intranet solutions, including layouts, workflows, and automation.
Apply UI/UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces.
Deliver modern, scalable solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools.
Work with cross-functional teams to automate business processes.
Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure and accessible.
Enhance the SharePoint Online tenant as Microsoft features evolve.
