Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a Project Lead - M365 SharePoint Online Engineer to plan, administer, and modernize SCDMV’s SharePoint Online sites, flows, and configurations. You will design intranet solutions, implement governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve security and user experience.

You will lead site architecture, permissions, and deployment of Microsoft 365 tools, while staying current with the Microsoft roadmap and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Entra ID security
• 5+ years experience with SPFx to customize and integrate Microsoft 365 apps
• 5+ years experience with front-end design, UI/UX
• 5+ years experience with Power Automate workflows
• Understanding of SharePoint Online best practices and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, and links
• Configure Entra ID security groups and site permissions
• Perform site/content permission audits
• Enhance functionality for departmental sites and subsites
• Manage layouts, workflows, and automation
• Provide end-user support and training for SharePoint Online
• Create architecture diagrams and keep documentation up to date
• Plan and implement project milestones and governance standards
