Tech Army, LLC is seeking an experienced M365 SharePoint Online Engineer to modernize intranets, develop SPFx solutions, and automate processes with Power Automate. This hands-on role combines SharePoint administration, development, UI/UX design, security, and governance.

You’ll work with technical teams and stakeholders to improve functionality, accessibility, and adoption. Requirements include 5+ years in SPFx, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Entra ID, plus strong communication skills.

5+ years in SharePoint Online development and admin.
SPFx customization and Power Automate configuration.
Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and administer SharePoint Online sites, site collections, hubs, libraries, and lists.
Develop custom intranet layouts and integrate Microsoft 365 applications using SPFx.
Build and maintain workflows and Power Automate configurations.
Manage Entra ID security groups, advanced permissions, and permission audits.
Implement governance, taxonomy, metadata, content policies, and site lifecycle processes.
Create technical runbooks and architecture documentation; provide user support and training.
Deliver project milestones and implement Microsoft roadmap enhancements and changes.
