Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Blythewood, SC seeks a SharePoint Online Administrator to design, secure, and optimize the department's SharePoint Online tenant. You will design intranet solutions, automate processes, and provide end-user support across business units.

You will collaborate with the Server Team and business units, maintain governance standards, and stay current with Microsoft roadmaps. A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with 5+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development support for SharePoint Online (Office 365).
• 5+ years of SPFx customization and integration with Microsoft 365 apps.
• 5+ years in front-end design, UI/UX principles and accessibility.
• 5+ years implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and runbooks.
• 5+ years creating and maintaining Power Automate flows.
• Understanding of SharePoint Online best practices and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain sites, subsites, and links.
• Manage security groups, permissions, and advanced settings via Entra ID.
• Perform site and content permission audits as defined by the agency.
• Collaborate with site owners to enhance departmental SharePoint Online sites.
• Administer layout, workflows, and automation; provide end-user support.
• Deliver training to staff and maintain usage and governance docs.
• Monitor usage reports and clean up unused sites.
• Create architecture diagrams and maintain configuration docs.
• Coordinate with Project Team and align with Microsoft roadmap updates.
• Plan milestones and integrate other Microsoft 365 apps with SharePoint Online.
