Job summary

US Tech Solutions is looking for a SharePoint Online Administrator to join the Server Team in Blythewood, SC. You will design and administer sites, implement governance, and collaborate across teams to automate processes and improve UX.

The role emphasizes frontend support, intranet development, and ongoing modernization of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID and advanced permissions. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in SharePoint/365 work are expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure.
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) customization and integration.
Experience in frontend design, UI/UX, workflows, and automation.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, and maintain sites, subsites, and links in SharePoint Online.
Manage security groups, permissions, and advanced settings with Entra ID.
Audit site permissions and collaborate with site owners to enhance functionality.
Plan, implement governance, taxonomy, metadata, and content management policies.
Provide end-user support and deliver functionality training.
Create architecture diagrams and keep documentation up to date.
Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and integrate other 365 apps.
