Job summary

United Global Technologies, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Online Administrator to design, administer, and enhance intranet solutions across Microsoft 365. You will implement governance, security, and advanced permissions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business units.

The role emphasizes front-end design, modern UI/UX, and automation using Power Automate. You will maintain documentation, provide user training, and stay current with Microsoft roadmap changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure.
• 5+ years of Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to customize and integrate Microsoft 365 applications.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end design, UI/UX.
• 5+ years of experience with implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and runbooks.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Automate configurations.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online best practices and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain sites, subsites, and links.
• Manage security groups, permissions, and Entra ID setup for SharePoint Online.
• Conduct site and content permission audits per agency standards.
• Collaborate with site owners to enhance departmental SharePoint sites.
• Manage layouts, workflows, and automation.
• Provide end-user training and SharePoint Online support.
