Job summary

Chenega MIOS SBU seeks a SharePoint Platform Administrator to design, develop, administer, secure, and support enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You will implement governance, automate workflows with Power Platform, maintain security controls, and optimize information management while ensuring ITAR, EAR, CUI compliance and seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with several years of IT experience.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools and governance concepts.
• Ability to work in regulated environments requiring security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or Server sites, site collections, libraries, lists, pages, and related components.
• Create, configure, and support team sites, communication sites, document libraries, metadata, content types, views, and navigation structures.
• Manage SharePoint security groups, Microsoft 365 groups, site permissions, library/list permissions, and role-based access controls.
• SharePoint Online architecture, workflow automation, governance, information protection, and compliance with ITAR, EAR, CUI.
• Provision, modify, review, and remove user access per approved requirements.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain business workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint capabilities.
• Develop workflows for approvals, notifications, task routing, document processing, data collection, and more.
• Create and configure forms and integrate Power Apps to improve data-entry and UX.
• Document workflow logic, dependencies, and change history; support testing and releases.
