Job summary

Nsight is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to administer SharePoint Online, with deep expertise in Power Automate and Power Apps. You will stay current with Microsoft 365 technologies, champion new features, and support SharePoint Business Analysts and Site Owners.

You will lead governance, migrations, forms, workflows, analytics, and provide training, on-call support, and mentorship to colleagues while coordinating with IT teams and vendors on complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online administration with migrations, governance, and workflows.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Visual Studio.
• Certifications in SharePoint Online or Power Apps are preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical expert for SharePoint Online, supporting site management, migrations, forms, workflows, employee directory tools, storage, and governance.
• Ensure stability, security, performance, and availability of SharePoint and intranet environments through monitoring and issue resolution.
• Manage SharePoint content architecture, including content types, site columns, templates, analytics, reporting, and compliance with governance standards.
• Lead problem-solving, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Plan, test, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions while developing scripts, documentation, and procedures.
• Provide user support, training, and on-call assistance, creating knowledge materials and troubleshooting guides.
• Communicate project status, changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders and end users.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint technologies and support related business applications.
