Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is hiring a SharePoint Administrator with Microsoft 365 Support to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our SharePoint Online, on‑premises, and Teams environments supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations.

You will manage permissions, architecture, reporting, and automation using PowerShell and Graph, while aligning with HIPAA and internal policies. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential to deliver reliable service and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent
• 3–5 years administering SharePoint in an enterprise environment
• Experience with M365 admin centers, Entra ID, Purview, Teams, and PowerShell
• Familiarity with ITSM/SLA processes
• HIPAA-regulated environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for SharePoint Online, on-premises, and Teams environments.
• Manage site collections, permissions, and governance per approved requests.
• Design and maintain reports, taxonomy, and storage quotas.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and reporting.
• Deliver end-user enablement and on-call support as required
