Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide Tier-3 support for server infrastructure and cloud platforms. You will lead Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, Entra ID, and related services for a large healthcare environment.

The role requires deep virtualization knowledge (VMware, Citrix), strong troubleshooting, and collaboration with IS teams to ensure secure, compliant operations across on-prem and cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in systems engineering / infrastructure development.
• BS degree with 5 years of experience acceptable in lieu of 7 years.
• Proven experience supporting Windows-based servers and AD domains.
• Deep virtualization and HA/FT system knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and enterprise IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online, Teams policies, and mail flow rules.
• Configure SharePoint Online site collections and permissions.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) including MFA and PIM.
• Support desktop, mobile, and productivity tools for enterprise users.
• Create technical documentation and change management records.
