Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations.

You will manage site content, permissions, governance, and automation using PowerShell, while collaborating with teams to meet HIPAA regulatory requirements and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years administering SharePoint in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin centers, Entra ID, Purview, Teams, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and SLA-driven support.
• Experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for SharePoint Online, on-premises, and Teams environments.
• Manage site collections, hierarchy, and navigation in SharePoint Online.
• Configure permissions, governance, retention labels, and DLP controls.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate reporting, provisioning, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as required.
