Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and libraries. You will build modern business solutions with Power Platform and guide data migrations to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

You will oversee MSP performance, manage Entra ID security, and train end-users while ensuring governance and compliance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven MS 365 core administration experience.
• Strong Power Platform experience.
• Foundational front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or JSON formatting.
• Solid understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Purview compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Build modern business solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) to eliminate manual processes.
• Design and develop data migration solutions from legacy file shares, Box, or other cloud environments to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Oversee M365 administration: manage user accounts, licensing, and access controls within Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Purview (DLP and compliance).
• Provide platform support and troubleshoot issues; train end-users/citizen developers with documentation.
• Enforce security and governance best practices (information protection, sensitivity labels, system health monitoring).
• Oversee and track MSP performance for day-to-day operational activities.
• Work with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions aligned to platform standards.

Essential Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Proven MS 365 core administration experience (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Strong hands-on Power Platform experience; PowerShell scripting and PnP framework highly desirable.
• Foundational front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) or JSON list/library formatting.
• Solid understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Purview compliance.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or related).
• Microsoft 365/MS Teams/Power Platform certifications (MS-900, MS-700, PL-400).
