Job summary

AnaVation LLC in Chantilly, VA seeks a Microsoft 365 Collaboration & SharePoint Administrator to lead SharePoint Online within a GCC High environment. Design, govern, and optimize the digital workplace while partnering with CorpIT and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable collaboration solutions.

Automate workflows with Power Platform, manage information architecture, ensure security/compliance, and provide user guidance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years administering SharePoint Online.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and governance.
• Experience designing information architecture.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Online within GCC High environment.
• Design and administer site architecture, hub, team, and communication sites.
• Configure sites, permissions, and governance controls.
• Perform platform administration, health monitoring, and feature adoption.
• Develop enterprise collaboration standards and lifecycle governance.
• Conduct permission reviews and manage external sharing controls.
• Design information architecture and optimize metadata and search.
• Develop document management strategies and retention labels.
• Build modern SharePoint experiences and intranet pages.
• Create automation with Power Automate; integrate Teams and OneDrive.
• Partner with business units to gather requirements and improve workflows.
• Support adoption and provide user guidance enterprise-wide.
