Job summary

TidalHealth is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to manage and develop in SharePoint Online, including migrating from the legacy SharePoint 2010 environment and moving to Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on meeting customer needs through collaboration with Teams and M365.

The position emphasizes user support, troubleshooting, and building forms and workflows to improve business processes, with a typical full-time schedule and potential on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BS in computer-related discipline or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of SharePoint administration and development experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Teams, including meetings, user management, file management and integration with SharePoint.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft product architecture, particularly M365.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the SharePoint user community and other required tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with SharePoint applications and environment.
• Identify opportunities to expand and enhance SharePoint and Microsoft technologies within TidalHealth.
• Develop new forms, workflows, and business processes utilizing SharePoint and Power Platform.
