NANA Corp in Alaska seeks dedicated staff to advance the placement and career development of NANA shareholders. The role involves direct counseling, profile and resume support, and coordination with education partners to build growth opportunities.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, timely performance, and collaboration with community organizations. Travel up to 25% may be required to serve shareholders across locations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in administrative, recruitment, or workforce development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office software.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to obtain UA certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Capable of handling confidential information and working with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with youth or adults one-on-one or in groups preferred.

Mansioni

• Counsel and assist shareholders to prepare and qualify for employment.
• Coordinate with Shareholder Records for required forms.
• Help shareholders create/update profiles and resumes.
• Provide reports tracking and input into databases supporting shareholder employment and development.
• Assist in developing a matrix and accountability tools for shareholder hire goals.
• Collaborate with universities and technical schools to identify developmental programs.
• Travel as needed to fulfill job requirements.
• Provide administrative support and encourage elder participation in local elders’ council.
• Conduct youth outreach to prepare students for successful futures.
