• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Counsel shareholders to prepare and qualify for suitable employment.
• Coordinate with Shareholder Records on required forms for assistance.
• Assist shareholders in creating and updating profiles and resumes.
• Provide reports tracking shareholder employment and development data.
• Travel as needed and support elder youth outreach and participation.
• Maintain office resources and ensure confidentiality across duties.
• Report to Shareholder Relations Coordinator Director and support dept. goals.
