Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation is seeking individuals to advance the placement and career development of NANA shareholders. The role involves counseling shareholders for suitable employment, updating profiles and resumes, and coordinating with partner organizations to expand program reach.

Responsibilities include data reporting, keeping records updated, and traveling up to 25% to support shareholder activities and youth outreach.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
At least 3 years relevant work experience including administrative, recruitment and/or workforce development.
Basic office computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Counsel shareholders to prepare for employment that best fits their needs.
Coordinate with Shareholder Records on forms for shareholder assistance.
Assist shareholders in creating/updating profiles and resumes.
Provide reports and input data into databases supporting shareholder employment and development.
Work with universities and technical schools to identify developmental programs.
Travel up to 25% in the U.S. and to remote locations as needed.
Support elder participation and youth outreach initiatives.
