Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation is recruiting for a Shareholder Development Coordinator to advance employment and career development for NANA shareholders. You will counsel shareholders, manage profiles and resumes, and track progress in databases while coordinating with partner organizations.

The role requires confidentiality, strong communication, and the ability to work with youth and adults in group settings. Some travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in admin, recruitment or workforce development; education may substitute for experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must become UA certified within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Experience with youth and/or adults one-on-one or in groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel shareholders to become prepared and qualified for suitable employment.
• Coordinate with Shareholder Records on required forms for shareholder assistance.
• Assist shareholders in creating/updating profiles and resumes.
• Provide reports tracking shareholder employment and development in databases.
• Develop a matrix and accountability tool aligned with shareholder hire goals.
• Collaborate with universities and schools to identify developmental programs.
• Recommend improvements to shareholder employment and development programs.
• Follow up to ensure tasks and goals are met; travel as needed.
• Provide admin support and engage elders in the local council.
• Conduct youth outreach to prepare students for successful futures.
• Maintain access to community resources and scholarships for shareholders.
• Keep an open, welcoming office by managing supplies and maintenance.
