Qualifications

• Active Alabama State Bar license in good standing — required
• Minimum $750,000 in portable, demonstrable book of business — required
• 7 or more years of legal experience at a law firm or in private practice
• Established relationships and reputation within your practice area and the broader Alabama legal community
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships independently
• Ability to bring existing clients to a new firm and continue serving them at the highest level
• Collaborative mindset — willingness to cross-refer, team with colleagues, and contribute to the firm's culture of growth
• Practice areas include commercial litigation, corporate transactional, real estate, healthcare, employment and labor, insurance defense, construction, banking and finance, estate planning and probate, IP, and family law
