Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience focusing on contract disputes and business litigation

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Handle a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business dissolutions, and various other business litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough and detailed discovery processes to gather necessary information and evidence for each case.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive arguments and presentations for depositions, court hearings, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in a clear and effective manner.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and strategies in an understandable way.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
