Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Home Providers in Nebraska to welcome an individual with intellectual disabilities into your home and family life. You’ll offer day-to-day support, build trust, and foster belonging in a safety‑driven home environment.

Residents must house a person full-time, with access to necessary services and transportation. Training and ongoing Mosaic support are provided to ensure success and community integration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Nebraska resident (state funding restrictions).
• Own or rent your home (house, apartment, condo, or townhouse).
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience belonging.
• Provide transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communication with Mosaic support team.
• Help someone build confidence, independence, and pursue personal goals.
• Support may include personal care, behavioral, medical, or specialized care as needed.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Must reside in the following Western Nebraska counties: Banner, Box Butte, Cherry, Cheyenne, Dawes, Deuel, Garden, Keith, Kimball, Morrill, Scotts Bluff, or Sioux (Must own or rent your current home)
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $71,800 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution
• Work from Home Opportunity

Requirements
