Job summary

Mosaic is seeking dedicated Home Providers in Nebraska to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in a meaningful way. As a Home Provider, you'll create a nurturing environment where residents feel valued and connected while providing essential daily living support.

This role includes providing assistance with various daily activities, including cooking and medical appointments. The position allows for a work-from-home setup, with ongoing training and support provided by Mosaic to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.

Depending on the individual's needs, support may also include:

• Assistance with personal care activities
• Behavioral support
• Medical or physical support needs
• Specialized care and monitoring

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• You must be a current resident of the state of Nebraska (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
• Internet access and basic computer skillsAbility to complete required screenings, background checks, and training

Experience is preferred but not required.
