Mosaic is seeking Home Providers in Colorado to welcome a person with an intellectual disability into your home, helping them feel safe, valued, and connected as they build independence. We carefully match you based on interests and support needs, with ongoing training and a dedicated Mosaic team to assist every step of the way.

Average annual income is about $46,530 plus monthly rent and household expense contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in Colorado (state funding restrictions).
• Own or rent your own home (house, apartment, condo, townhouse).
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Able to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assisting with transportation and community participation.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with Mosaic support team.

• Location: Must reside in Grand Junction, Delta, or Montrose, CO / Mesa County (Must own or rent your current home)


• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic


• Average Annual Income: Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution
