Mosaic is seeking Home Providers in Colorado to welcome individuals with intellectual disabilities into their homes and families. You will help with daily living, build connections, and support personal growth, while receiving ongoing training and dedicated team support.

Requirements include 18+ years of age, Colorado residency, home ownership/rental, insurance, reliable transport, internet, and successful background checks. Compensation includes income and housing expense contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Resident of Colorado (coastal funding restrictions).
• Own or rent a home suitable for sharing with an invited individual.
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

Responsabilités

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision making.
• Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help build connections and community participation to foster belonging.
• Provide transportation and assist with daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with Mosaic support team.
• Help the individual develop independence and personal goals.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Must reside in Westminster, Thorton, Wheat Ridge, Northglenn, or Arvada, CO (Must own or rent your current home; Limited availability in Aurora)
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

Depending on the individual's needs, support may also include:

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a current resident of the state of Colorado (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
• Internet access and basic computer skills
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training

Experience is preferred but not required.
