You’ll be supported by trained Mosaic staff and receive ongoing guidance, with training provided and a commitment to licensing and program requirements. Income includes an average annual amount of about $46,530 tax-free, plus housing contributions.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Must reside in Larimer County to include Loveland & Ft. Collins, Colorado (Must own or rent your current home)
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

Every individual is unique, but your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision‑making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.

Depending on the individual's needs, support may also include:

• Assistance with personal care activities
• Behavioral support
• Medical or physical support needs
• Specialized care and monitoring

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a current resident of the state of Colorado (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
• Internet access and basic computer skills
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training

Experience is preferred but not required.
