Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Sparks, NV is seeking a Safety, Health, & Environmental Facility Specialist to promote SH&E excellence and ensure daily compliance with regulations and Nestlé policy. The role conducts hazard assessments and collaborates with the onsite team to eliminate hazards.

You will lead SH&E trainings, support programs, oversee incident investigations, and maintain audit-ready documentation. A background in SH&E, ISO/OSH knowledge, and a fast-paced manufacturing setting are

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in safety, health, environmental or similar discipline is preferred.
• Professional certifications in SH&E-related fields are beneficial (CSP, CIH, OHST, NEBOSH).
• At least 1 year in Safety & Health in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, LEAN and TPM concepts.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
