Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or SH&E related field.
• Professional SH&E certifications (CIH, NEBOSH, CSP, CEM, etc.) are beneficial.
• Minimum 7 years of SH&E experience with leadership at site/divisional level.
• Experience with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, LEAN and TPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads Site SH&E culture and develops leaders to uphold safety and environmental standards.
• Partners with Site leadership to set SH&E priorities and KPIs.
• Ensures audit-ready compliance with SH&E policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and implements SH&E programs, training, and communications.
• Leads risk assessment processes and incident investigations to root cause.
• Builds SH&E capability through coaching and talent development.
• Act as Site lead for SH&E components of NCE; ensures ISO/OHSAS certifications.
• Provides technical coaching across Engineering, Operations, HR, Quality, NCE.
