Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support and coordinate compliance, performance, and capability development across factory operations. The role drives the implementation of Corporate standards, interprets regulations, standardizes SH&E systems, and ensures alignment with Nestlé policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance or SH&E.
• Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance & compliance for SH&E across sites.
• Advise sites on policies, regulatory reporting, audits, and inspections.
• Drive integration of environmental risk with safety and health risk frameworks.
• Standardize SH&E standards and audit readiness.
• Develop training to build site capability.
• Engage with regulators, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
