Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Safety, Health, & Environmental Facility Specialist to drive excellence in SH&E at the site. You will guide compliance with laws and Nestlé policies, perform hazard assessments, and collaborate with the team to eliminate risks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in SH&E or related, with 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or distribution and knowledge of ISO 14001, OSHA, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in safety, health, environmental or related discipline.
• Certifications in SH&E fields (CSP, CIH, OHST, NEBOSH) are beneficial.
• At least 1 year of Safety & Health experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, LEAN and TPM concepts.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture prioritizing safety, health, and environmental sustainability.
• Coordinate and facilitate SH&E trainings to ensure compliance and competency.
• Provide guidance and leadership for all SH&E programs.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure proper follow-up and documentation.
• Analyze SH&E conditions and recommend improvements for site performance.
• Participate on the SHE committee and conduct risk assessments.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance across SH&E policies.
• Implement SOPs to ensure facility compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Maintain SH&E data and reporting in Nestlé systems.
