Job summary

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, budget stewardship, and collaboration with external stakeholders to drive continuous safety improvements and sustainable practices within the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SH&E program development, implementation, and training.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.
• ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, LEAN/TPM concepts relevant to production and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SH&E managers and line leaders across all functions.
• Develop and implement best-in-class SH&E programs and trainings.
• Maintain audit-ready SH&E data and regulatory compliance at site level.
• Oversee SH&E budget and risk assessment processes across sites.
• Engage with external stakeholders on SH&E topics to build relationships.
