Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Manager Facility Safety Health & Environmental to lead cross-functional SH&E initiatives across the site. You will drive compliance, develop and execute SH&E programs, and elevate safety and environmental sustainability as core values among employees and leadership.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of SH&E standards, with a focus on preventing incidents and ensuring regulatory adherence at the facility in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SH&E program development, implementation, and training.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, Lean TPM concepts and their relation to production.
• Solid understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop SH&E managers and line leaders.
• Foster a culture where SH&E is a core value across the site.
• Develop SH&E talent through coaching and feedback to prepare for advancement.
• Identify SH&E priorities and craft a holistic strategy aligned with Group priorities.
• Implement SH&E best-in-class programs, systems, and training with clear procedures.
