Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr Manager SH&E to lead cross‑functional teams in Safety, Health, and Environmental Sustainability. The role drives SH&E improvements through leadership, program development, and execution, prioritizing employee safety and site environmental stewardship.

The position requires 8+ years in SH&E, deep knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations, and strong leadership with the ability to influence across a broad range of stakeholders. A competitive rewards package is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Safety, Health & Environment program development, implementation, and training.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations and SH&E best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide SH&E leadership to cross‑functional teams and coaches managers to be SH&E leaders.
• Develop and implement SH&E programs, procedures, budgets, and training.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance for site SH&E policies and practices.
• Assess risks, lead risk management and site improvements, and drive incident investigations.
