Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Safety, Health and Environmental (SH&E) Manager to champion safety, health, and environmental initiatives at a high-volume packaging and warehouse facility. This leader will drive KPIs, incident reduction, and a culture of care while aligning with corporate SH&E policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering field or equivalent SH&E experience, 7–10 years of SH&E leadership, and strong knowledge of OSHA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SH&E or related field or significant SH&E experience in lieu of degree.
• 7–10 years’ experience in SH&E roles with site leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SH&E initiatives and drive compliance across a high-volume facility.
• Develop and implement SH&E programs, training, and measures.
• Investigate incidents and drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Coach and mentor site SH&E talent and cross-functional teams.
