Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to lead governance, compliance and continuous improvement across factory operations. The role drives ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation, interprets regulations, and guides sites to align with Nestlé policies and SH&E management systems.

You will build capability, coordinate audits, investigate incidents, and engage regulators, external consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health and environmental governance and compliance.
• Guide sites on policies, regulatory reporting, and audits.
• Integrate environmental risk with safety and health frameworks.
• Drive ISO 14001/45001 system implementation and improvements.
• Develop SH&E training and build site capability.
• Engage regulatory agencies and external auditors.
• Manage data, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Close audit findings and ensure timely corrective actions.
