Job summary
Indiana University Foundation (IUF) seeks a Senior Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud to shape and lead the future of digital engagement at IU. You will guide a team of three SFMC professionals and collaborate across Alumni Engagement, Annual Giving, Marketing, IT, and data teams to scale email, SMS, and personalized journeys while maintaining strong governance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of email marketing experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven leadership of a technical marketing or marketing operations team.
- Experience in higher education, nonprofit fundraising, or alumni engagement is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead SFMC programs and a small team to drive digital engagement.
- Partner with Annual Giving, Donor Relations, Alumni Engagement, Marketing, IT, and data teams.
- Translate technical capabilities into strategic solutions and organizational enablement.
