This role requires a strategic thinker with 10+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business architecture or strategic consulting.
• Demonstrated experience leading SFMC implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder.

Responsibilities

• Lead business strategy and architecture for SFMC engagements.
• Define target capabilities, value streams, and operating-model components.
• Govern key decisions and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Translate strategic objectives into capabilities and roadmaps.
• Guide discovery, scoping, and alignment with value‑realization plans.
• Develop business cases and ROI assumptions for transformations.
• Support presales and review delivery alignment with business goals.
