Job summary

The engagement spans 40 hours across multiple sessions, emphasizing progressive learning from foundations to advanced applications.

The consultant will assess current processes and skills, collaborate with stakeholders, and create engaging materials, exercises, and demonstrations for ongoing onboarding and knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience designing multi-level technical training curricula (101-201-301).
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical training.
• Strong virtual presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to assess technical environments and training requirements.
• Evaluate participant knowledge levels and identify skill gaps.
• Design progressively structured curriculum (101-201-301) for varying experience levels.
• Develop presentations, training guides, exercises, and supporting docs.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led virtual training sessions.
