Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s construction management system implementation. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, construction personnel, leadership, and external contractors across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• US citizen and ability to travel extensively.
• Strong presentation, public speaking and written communication.
• Experience delivering instructor-led trainings, software training or enterprise system training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally to Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployments.
