Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Sales Operations Manager/Proposal Manager to lead SF330s and proposals for U.S. Army, Air Force & National Guard projects across buildings and infrastructure. You will drive the pursuit, coordinate a geographically dispersed team, and ensure compliant, high-quality submissions.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and win themes, while drafting content, editing sections, and guiding teams both in person and remotely to deliver compelling, compliant proposals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in management, journalism, English, or 5+ years of relevant proposal management experience.
• 5+ years managing proposals, presentations, and sales deliverables.
• 2+ years with U.S. federal clients for A‑E services and SF330s.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, major strategic proposal efforts and ensure compliance and quality.
• Edit, write, coordinate, and oversee sections by others for proposals.
• Budget, schedule, and manage proposal development and win themes.
• Coordinate with technical, estimating, contracting, and controls teams.
• Write or edit non-technical content and interview SMEs as needed.
