Job summary

Garver is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for a REMOTE role supporting the Federal Team on Department of Defense pursuits. The role emphasizes creating and editing SF330 proposals, organizing large information sets, and collaborating with design to deliver compelling materials.

The successful candidate will manage deadlines, work independently, and coordinate with technical staff to ensure consistent content across qualifications and presentations, in a multi-office, multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Standard Form 330 (SF330) proposal development.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from RFP release to client delivery, owning the document and coordinating team needs.
• Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information, including photography and subconsultant data.
• Conceptualize and collaborate with graphics to create visually appealing marketing material.
• Work with technical staff to develop consistent content across qualifications, proposals and interviews.
• Maintain the central content database for future proposals as a Garver Federal Team member.
• Represent Garver at annual national military conferences as needed.
• Assist in developing dynamic client presentations to win the job.
