Garver LLC is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support Department of Defense project pursuits. The role focuses on writing, editing, and coordinating SF330 proposals with an emphasis on clear, accurate content and creative layouts.

The candidate will work with the Federal Team to manage information—from drafts to final deliverables—while maintaining deadlines. Based in the U.S., the position offers remote work options across our 22-state footprint and may involve travel to national military

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
4+ years of marketing experience in A/E/C industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage the proposal process from RFP release to client delivery and own the document.
Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information.
Conceptualize and collaborate with graphics team for visually appealing material.
Develop content from statements of qualifications and proposals for consistency.
